Heavenly Father, We Beseech Thee

Heavenly Father, we beseech Thee,

Grant Thy blessing ere we part;

Take us in Thy care and keeping,

Guard from evil every heart.

Bless the words we here have spoken,

Offered prayer and cheerful strain;

If Thy will, O Lord, we pray Thee,

Grant we all may meet again.

 

VERSE 2

Loving Savior, go Thou with us,

Be our Comfort and our Stay;

Grateful praise to Thee we render

For the joy we feel today.

 

VERSE 3

Holy Spirit, dwell within us,

May our souls Thy temple be;

May we tread the path to glory,

Led and guided still by Thee.

 

VERSE 4

Heavenly Father, loving Savior,

Holy Spirit, Three in One,

As among Thy saints and angels,

So on earth Thy will be done.
